Breakfast Menu
- Ulster Breakfast: Locally produced bacon & sausages, tomato, black pudding by Staunton's of Cork, potato & soda breads, fried egg and mushrooms
- Specialist Sausages: Served with pan fried mushrooms and tomatoes (chose from venison, wild boar & apples or saddleback pork & sun dried tomato)
- Belfast Omelette: The ingredients of an Ulster Fry in an open omelette
- Eggs: Scrambled with Irish smoked salmon & toasted wheaten
- Omelettes; mushroom, cheese or smoked salmon
- Boiled, poached or coddled (coddled 7 mins)
- Porridge: Oatmeal drizzled with a locally produced Irish honey, fresh cream and Irish Mist liqueur
Vegetarian Options
- Vegetarian Breakfast: Vegetarian sausages, fried egg, tomato, mushrooms, potato & soda breads (cooked in olive oil)
- Herb Scramble: Eggs scrambled with fresh bail, rosemary & chives, served with a toasted bagel and cream cheese
- Breads: Warm croissants, wheaten bread. Toast - white or granary
- Tea: Regular or herbal
- Coffee:Filtered or Espresso Hot Chocolate
